Sign up for Recurring Credit/Debit Card payment arrangement or update your card details via StarHub App.

1) Log in with your Hub iD.

2) Select "Pay" from the bottom menu.

3) Select "Pay bill".

4) Tap on the payment amount bar under the selected StarHub billing account number (ie: 1.12345678S).

5) Scroll down to the "Payment" section and tap the "Set up a recurring payment" bar.

6) Choose "Credit card" and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you’re already on a recurring credit card payment arrangement, you can tap "Update credit card expiry" or "Change payment method" to update your details.

Sign up for Recurring Credit/Debit Card payment arrangement or update your card details via My Account.

1) Log in with your Hub iD.

2) Go to "My Bills". Scroll down and click on "Sign up for Recurring Bill Payment".

3) Choose "Apply for Recurring Credit Card", click "Next", and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you’re already on a recurring credit card payment arrangement, you can click "Update" to update your details.

Please take note there will be a $1 temporary authorization charge, which will be automatically removed by the bank.
Lastly, a system-generated email notification will be sent to your registered email address for confirmation.
